Location's wicked awesome, right next to Plaza de Armas. The staff, like Alfredo, were super friendly and helped us with everything. Breakfast was solid, with decent options. Room was spacious but had some noise from the street. Bring ear plugs if ya can't handle it!

Unbeatable location, short way from everywhere. Nearby Papachos - great place to chill out. Good hot and delightful breakfasts, with fruit and also toast.

team of people at the Hotel is attentive, professional and eager to please the visitor. location is very good if you want to be in the Historical Center area, absence of windows (which is a problem of ventilation) produces that the interior is generally silent, allowing to sleep well. They have a pleasant dining room, with a menu of the day at a comfortable price, where lunch is well prepared and served. It is a good option for lunch at a closed price.
The rooms are generally small and many of them have NO ventilation. They lead to an enclosed inner courtyard, so they tend to be poorly ventilated, smelling of use. There is no elevator, which can be an inconvenience if you are placed, as was my case, on the third floor. They have a very poor customer-oriented check-out policy: if you haven't checked out by 10, there is a surcharge of $30-40, which is the average price of any full day room (breakfast included), in many hotels in the area. The breakfast buffet is quite simple and repetitive. The options that would be reasonable (like an espresso, for example, for which there is a machine running in the buffet) are charged separately. In short, a hotel that could quite simply correct some "institutional policy" details that seem to be aimed at bleeding the customer unnecessarily.

Staying at Casa Andina was a delight! The marmalade at breakfast was pure magic, and I also adored the vibrant local eats just steps away-like Uchu Peruvian Steakhouse and Jack's Cafe. The staff were helpful, and the clean rooms.

location near central square, access to local restaurants, original Inca wall in lobby
Noise levels can disrupt sleep, especially from nearby disco!!! Rooms felt older and could use modern upgrades!!! A consistent breakfast experience would enhance overall satisfaction!!!

The location is near Plaza de Armas, but good luck sleeping with the nonstop loud music from the street. My room was cramped and reminded me of a storage closet. Honestly, I expected a complimentary upgrade after all that noise, but apparently, I'm not worthy. I almost gave this place a decent review but just couldn't.

Recommend it for solo traveler
The location is unbeatable, just steps from the main square. I was impressed by the staff,, especially when they let me leave my bigger luggage while I traveled to nearby sites. They even had my bags waiting in my room when I came back for more nights.
It wasn't inexpensive,, but acceptable given the service.

The breakfast spread was delightful, and I loved the hot showers after long days exploring. Make sure to check out the cozy reading nook and the little outdoor seating area for some relaxation. The only downside was some street noise, but it didn’t ruin the overall great experience. 😊

It was just a reliable pick for a city break in Cusco with good value for price. The staff was initially quite friendly when I arrived. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper because the street gets loud at night.
